Tambara Lavender Park — Attraction in Numata

Our visit to Tambara Lavender Park on August 2 was such a refreshing summer experience! 🌿💜

We took the free shuttle from Numata Station, which made the trip super convenient and stress-free. Upon arrival, we were happy to use the 50% off admission coupon, making the visit even better.

We rode the lift going up to the lavender fields, and the view was absolutely beautiful — you can see the mountains, trees, and the soft purple lavender from above. It felt calm and relaxing, like a mini escape from the city. 🚡✨

身体が不自由で車椅子に乗っている子と腰の悪い実母(高齢)を連れて行きました。 沼田ICから山道をクネクネと登っていきます。 車酔いする方は対策が必要かもしれません。 (私は久しぶりに車酔いしました)

駐車場は無料です。身障者用駐車スペースも有ります。 入園ゲートのあるリゾートセンターの売店やアイスクリーム店は無料で利用出来ます。 スロープもあるので車椅子でも問題なく入っていけます。 チケット代(大人1,200円)は障害者は本人のみ無料になります。 リフト代は入場料とは別です。大人片道５００円でした。

我が子は座位が(立位も)取れないのでリフト乗車は諦めました。 うちの子の車椅子はスーパーや病院の入口でよく見かける簡易的なものではないのでリフトに載せて取り付けて運ぶことは出来ませんでした。 ベビーカーをリフトに括り付けている方は見かけました。 手押しの車椅子を押してラベンダー畑まで行くのはかなり大変でした。 電動車椅子でも厳しいかもしれません。

中腹？のレストランで食事をしました。 ラベンダーラーメンやラベンダーカレーがありました。

高齢の実母は腰、私は膝を傷めているのでレストランのトイレが階段をかなりの段数を降りないと行かれなくて困りました。 スロープで外に出てから回って行こうとしてもやはり階段… レストランの横に外にぽつんと置かれた「多機能トイレ」使わせてもらいました。 完全な外にポツンと置かれた感じでパーテーションのようなもので少し囲われてはいましたが入るのを躊躇いました。 意を決して入ると扉の立て付けが悪く鍵が閉まりにくかったです。 臨時なので仕方ないのでしょうけれど、車椅子から立ち上がれる、便座に座れる人でないとこのトイレの利用は厳しいです。

結論として、うちの子のように座位が取れないのでマイ車椅子にしか乗れない、オムツはテープ止めタイプの紙おむつ使用でベッドに横になって交換する方が行く場所としてはかなり厳しい所です。 マップには緩やかな斜面と説明が書かれていますが手押しの車椅子を押してくれる力持...
