A nice spot to see the early blossom of pink sakura and Mt. Fuji (on a good weather day) and enjoy the sunset. I went in early March, and the place was full of pink sakura🌸 There is a shop (selling local veggies) and a playground for kids. Not crowded and pretty quiet. Multiple free parking lots.
