ビックリするほどデカくて豪勢な作りの原発宣伝展示館である。総括原価方式なので、この建設費・維持費・人件費など全てが、中部電力の電気料金に上乗せされている。

実物大の原子炉模型が圧巻で、こんなにたくさんの核燃料を使い、たくさんの放射能性同位元素が出来てしまうのかと実感できる。コンクリの壁がいかに厚くても、福一では水素爆発でボロボロになった。蒸気や冷却水の配管が複雑で、あの頼りない支持構造ではどう見ても耐震性がない。震度6強なら、津波が来なくても、放射能漏れを起こすだろう。福一の1号機がそうだったように。
