Read moreThis is the Hakuba Cortina Snow Resort. Visited at the beginning of Feb 2024 for skiing. Unfortunately, there is no fresh powder snow as it hasn't snowed in the last several days, and the most of the slopes are icy. The slope from the mountaintop for beginners is nice but a bit narrow and or steep, as well as other beginner's slopes. Eventually, the beginners end up meeting at the lift No. 2 for the main slope, and this make a long queue at the lift station.
There is a huge free parking lot in front of the snow resort hotel. There is no rest rooms in the parking lot. Use the restrooms in the hotel.

Read moreCortina is a place in which is fantastic if it has snowed the night before therefore you are wanting to find your perfect power line of the season and keep riding it all morning. It is very boring on a sunny day if your are not wanting to go backcountry and go for A Walk.

Overall definitely worth a trip when it snows for the powder some of the most accessible...
