Otsu Service Area (Westbound) — Attraction in Otsu

建物２Fには、フードコート以外に「モーモーカフェ」が在る。 ２種類のシフォンケーキ（北海道産濃厚ミルクのプレーンVer.・抹茶同）が食べられる。 又、琵琶湖の眺望を堪能しながら 飲食出来る。

2023.9/17…神戸から 小牧の自宅への帰途、又 立ち寄る。 此処に進入した " イの一番 " に、琵琶湖沿岸の大津市の夜景を眺めて、しばし うっとり、まったり、ゆったり（神戸港内外の夜景を堪能したばかりだが・・）。

2024.9/15…今年も又、神戸０泊２日強行旅行を敢行。 其の帰途、此処へ 深夜に進入、疲労困憊状態マックスで。 昨年は 写真アップだったが、今年は 動画で。

2025.9/13…今回は、神戸港の直ぐ近くの ポートタワーホテルに一泊したかったが・・。 スマホで ネット予約状況を見ると、覚悟した通り 満室モード（翌日は、まだ 空き有り）。 宿泊を 残念ながら断念（他のビジネスH. で、特に 泊まりたい と云ふ程の 希望は 無く）。 意を決して、若干 早めに 神戸を出発したので、例年よりは 深夜と云ふ程ではない。 其れ故 飲食系にせよ、物販系にせよ、例年 深夜に味わう様な " ゴーストタウン的静寂さ " は まだまだ無い。 其れは ともかく、折角 休憩するからには と、今回も又、（失礼ながら）殺風景な吹田SAをスルーする。 そして しばし...
