Nice view from up top and they have a free binoculars you can use to see if you can spot any whales. Unfortunately we didn't see one, but it is a great view even on a rainy day. The road is very steep and narrow so only one car can go up or down. Just have to hope no one is coming the other way. The location needs a little bit of a touch up.

Very good free giant binoculars at the viewing deck. Just one. But no whales spotted in 20 min, 9 Jun 2023, early afternoon. A Zil520 campervan was able to drive up the narrow steep road to reach this. If I had encountered another car in opp dir, it might have been a hassle.

Nice location to get some good photos and to take in the views from the top of the viewing point. There's a steep climb, though. But take it slow and you'll get there.
