鳥海山登山口の駐車場ですが、駐車場の最奥は絶好の展望台にもなっています。 右下方は、登山口までの道と雄大な斜面。その下に鳥海高原の雄大な山麓。特に紅葉シーズンは美しい。 左上方には、鳥海山の火口壁までを望むことができます。

始めて鳥海山に登るので朝3:30分から湯の台入り口から登山を始めましたが天気が雨が降って居て河原宿を過ぎ大雪渓でアイゼンをハキ9割登ると姉が上がれ無いと言うので帰りの事も有るので残念ながら帰って来ました。 8月に平日を計画(混まない日)を計画して一人で大物忌神社と頂...

トイレのある24時間開放の駐車場, 40台くらいでしょうか。週末は夜にはほとんど埋まるので、奥まで行って停められなければ路駐となっているようです。心配な方は夜のうちについたほうが良いでしょう。 湯ノ台口ルートは鳥海山頂上に最もアクセスが良く、水の音が爽やかな沢の横を通るのと、常に景色が良いので飽きることがないと思います。
