Very sweet, small pleasant park/big pond. We saw lots of birds, butterflies, dragonflies, etc. It's a peaceful spot, not far from town. There is a small visitor center with toilets and water. Park is free. We took the subway (Green, or "N" line) south to the Sumikawa station exit (3rd from last) As you step outside, turn left (there is a big/nice MaxValu grocery story there, and a bakery) From there, you can pick up the 73 ring bus, which goes directly to the park. Seems the 73 buses go "both ways" in a loop, and the park is roughly in the middle of the loop, so I think you can go either direction, but we did not spot the stop across the street. Return is the same deal, the 73 bus takes you back to Sumikawa. (Very easy for us, even with no/truly minimal Japanese...
