Suikeien Garden — Attraction in Seika

Last Sunday, my wife, my child, and I visited this wonderful park. The entry fee was around 200 yen per person, if I recall correctly, which seemed quite reasonable.

Once inside, we were immediately captivated by the large pond filled with beautiful carp and koi fish. It was fascinating to watch the enormous carp swimming gracefully in the water. There were also ducks and turtles that added to the serene ambiance. The park thoughtfully provided bags of fish food for 100 yen, which allowed my child to engage in the fun activity of feeding the fish.

The park was dotted with many lush trees, making it a lovely place to simply sit and admire the natural surroundings. We never felt bored, as there was ample beauty to take in. Conveniently, vending machines were available for refreshments when needed.

The park also featured restroom facilities and a small hiking trail, providing opportunities for both relaxation and light exercise. The highlight for us was the picturesque waterfall and flowing stream, creating a truly tranquil atmosphere.

Overall, we spent a delightful 5 hours at this park, and the time flew by quickly. It proved to be an excellent choice for a family outing, offering something for everyone to enjoy. I would highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating...

Good place to enjoy with or without kids. There's a long hiking path with different views to the lake and sunshine, but you can skip it and enjoy Japanese garden, waterfall and vertical stones, for kids colorful fishes, ducks, blossom trees in spring and momiji in autumn are more interesting. 去年の感動再び　と

でも、今年の異常気象のせいか 赤さが　いまいち　茶色い感じで 少し残念でした。

自然の事でもあり仕方無いのかなぁ…

橋脚の塗装工事中ですが 橋上も散策路も通行可能でした。

2023　11　23 紅葉を見るためにこの日を

最高でしたよ紅葉 後１週間は楽しめるかな？ ライトアップもあるみたいですしまだの方は是非 飲料の自販機(ちょい高め)はありますが食事系はないです。

公園内のおトイレは綺麗でした。 子供用の便座も　感謝

2023　10　21 以前から気になっていて 季節も良くなって来たので 行ってきました。 ひと言　凄かった。！! 人工物での　あの迫力は　凄い！ とにかく凄い！ 行って良かった。てか　また、行きたい。　是非とも　行きたい 来週辺りだと　もっと紅葉が進んで最高だろうぁ！ も一度　行ってみよっと。

橋の上から見下ろすも　良し 下の巨石郡から見上げるも　良し 水辺の飛び石　渡りながら振り返り　橋を眺めるも　良し どこを切り取っても絵になる景色 良かった～ とにかく行ってみて下さい 感動もんですよ。 風景好きの方の必見

おばあちゃんがよく言っていた 「ええ　目の正月させてもろた」が わかる景色でしたね。

橋から眺める分には車椅子でも行けますが 巨石郡を散策するのには難ありです。
