Izumigatake Ski Resort has proven to be another perfect destination for our family's autumn getaways. This hidden gem nestled in the mountains has become a cherished tradition, and each visit leaves us with unforgettable memories. The scenic beauty of Izumigatake truly comes alive during the fall season. Riding the ski lift amidst the vibrant hues of changing leaves is a breathtaking experience. The mountainside transforms into a canvas of red, orange, and gold, creating a mesmerizing spectacle that captivates the senses. One of the highlights, though we didn’t indulge this time, is the outdoor terrace at the resort's restaurant, where people indulged in delectable lamb barbecue. The combination of delicious food and the crisp mountain air is definitely a an experience to savor. The ski lift journey itself is an adventure filled with surprises. This year, we were enchanted by the presence of swarms of ladybugs accompanying us on our ascent and descent. It felt like nature itself was joining us in celebration, adding a touch of whimsy to the entire experience. The gentle hum of the ski lift and the rustling of leaves created a serene soundtrack, enhancing the tranquility of the surroundings. What sets Izumigatake Ski Resort apart is not just the stunning scenery but also the sense of tradition and warmth that permeates the air. The resort has become an annual pilgrimage for our family, a tradition we eagerly anticipate and look forward to each year. Bringing your children with you will be great. There are some facilities for children too. All the staff are polite and helpful. There are far fewer people at this ski resort than at the others, but it is well worth...
