This place is amazing! The instructors and patrols are super friendly, and the staff in the house and restaurants are too. The fresh snow is incredibly soft and powdery! However, the lifts can be a bit slow, and the queues get long, especially on weekends, considering the short 700m or 800m runs down the beginner and intermediate courses. The kids' play park is massive and has an escalator lift. It's open for everyone - adults, kids, and even the elderly can enjoy and practice there. The entrance fee for the kids' park is separate but surprisingly cheap at just 1000 yen for use from 9 am to 3 pm. The changing rooms have lockers ranging from 200 to 300 yen, depending on size, and there's also a separate shoe locker available for 100 yen.
