高山村の標高高い山の方にポツンと居を構えるワイナリーで、カーナビ/Google検索共になかなか検知してくれず、行くのに苦労しますが周りにはブドウ畑やリンゴ畑があり景色も良くて非常に良い場所です。休みの日の午前に伺ったのですがお客さんもおらずで、お店の方に色々と話を聞きながらワインを選べました。今回はメインブランドのNacho(ロゼ)を購入してみましたが、Nachoの1年寝かせや毎年作る高山村の葡萄ブレンドで作るワインなど試行錯誤して進められていていい感じです。高山村は扇状地/標高の高さなどで欧州全体の天候を村で体現する稀有な土地ってことで非常にワインづくりには適していると。ワイナリー自体もまだ新しいのかマーケティング/宣伝広告などの余地は大いにあるなあと感じます。
