It is a small and quiet temple. I visited on 11/20/24 and the leaves were beautiful. Unfortunately, many leaves seemed to have dried up and fallen off without turning. I wonder if it’s due to the extreme heat this summer and lack of rain. When you compare to previous years’ pictures, it doesn’t seem to be the same. You can still see beautiful colors, but they are best when the sun is shining through.

Entrance fee is 300 yen, placed in a small offering box at the gate. The goshuin during fall leaves season was paper only last year, and probably this year as well. There is a free parking area. The street leading up to the temple is quite narrow at times, so...
