元内閣総理大臣浜口雄幸の屋敷。 宏大な屋敷に質素な建物、簡素な庭園等旧郷士の代表的建物といえます。 雄幸は、旧制第三高等学校在学中高知市五台山唐谷の 水口家から浜口家に養子にこられました。 清岡道之助夫人静は雄幸夫人夏子の伯母にあたります。 旧邸は昭和52年、浜口直氏より田野町に寄贈され、昭和55 年3月修復工事がされました。 邸前には「なすことの　いまだ終わらず　春を待つ」の雄幸直筆の碑と県民政党支部が制作し、元郵政大臣大西正男氏から寄贈を...
