Loved it! I live in Niigata city. Today pretty much everything was rained out. I came here chasing bluebirds. No regrets. My favorite resort of the season. If you are beginner to intermediate this is a blast I’m a intermediate skier with a beginner confidence Mainly green and red runs, nothing to make you work too hard. Parks, waves, moguls, trees, jumps and lots of things to jump, bounce, twist, turn. Just so much fun! The bluebird only lasted 3 hours, I drove 5.5 There’s also a nice kids area, a couple restaurants, heaps of gear hire. Only 4 lifts but long and fun.. Even the snow is not that much at the time i visit, but I really enjoy my time in there! The staffs are super nice!! you need to pay 3000 JPY for the wear and 500 JPY each for gloves and google. You need to pay 300 JPY more for a big locker (you can share with your friend tho, 1 locker can fit up to 3 people I guess, depends on how much the belongings). It was my first time to try ski and it is harder than I thought! but japanese people that skiing in there help me a lot whenever i fell. LOL. truly a great...
