Lake Mashu Observatory No.3 — Attraction in Teshikaga

I visited lake mashu a week ago it was pretty good.I recommend observation deck 3 compared to deck 1 the view is good 👍 and it was really very cold ❄️🥶.Make sure to visit this lake mashu on a clear day so that u can enjoy the view .The water is so clear and nice as there is no lakes or rivers anything flowing into it.This lake mashu is apparently formed after a volcano 🌋 eruption.This lake is untouched by humans or any animals so it's mostly...

We took a huge detour from our original route in order to follow a friends recommendation. Difficult to say anything about lake Mashu... the weather was so foggy and rainy, that we did not see anything from the lake at all. Nevertheless the drive there was stunning (until we reached the clouds :(). But looking at the pictures from other travellers, being more lucky with the weather, I would still suggest to go there. Hence give it a four...

Best in the early morning when there is no wind and you get a nice reflection. Sunrise at 3.30am in July. Was there before 8am. Free parking at number 3, 500yen at number 1 which I am not sure what they the human start operating, I guess when they open the barrier. Someone started the Mashu Dake hike at 5.30am so they probably must have parked at #1 already. Afternoon the wind picks up and ripples across the lake which disturbed...
