This zoo is pretty cool with a wide selection of exotic animals. It's definitely way bigger than my local zoo in the states. It has lots of information about the animals such as their name, origin, traits and age. It has cute gift shops with lots of souvenirs and decorations. Peace, the polar bear, is definitely the star of the show and the selling point of the zoo. The entry fee was very cheap: ¥500

Animals are kept in tiny cages or tight spaces resembling prisons only for human entertainment. Facilities are also old and worn out. Stresses are introduced to animals and it isn't humane. This zoo is 35 years old and is still built with the design since then. It is heartbreaking to see animals being treated poorly. The zoo should either learn from other zoos and make itself better or shut down and send the animals to better places to end their suffering.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben und ich kann die ganzen positiven Rezensionen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen! Ich war in meinem Leben in schon über 50 Zoos und ich muss ehrlich gestehen, dass dies einer der schlechtesten war die ich erleben durfte. Der Besuch war wie eine Achterbahn, manche Gehege waren gut und andere (die Vielzahl) waren einfach nur traurig. Kleine Metallkäfige aus einem anderen Jahrhundert, verrostet und viel zu klein. Die Tiere einfach nur bemitleidenswert. Man kann es nicht anders sagen. Das schlimmste, man hat gesehen, dass wenn der Zoo will sie angemessene Gehege bauen könnten (Enten) aber bei einer Vielzahl der Tiere das nicht durchsetzen. Normalerweise würde man sagen die Tiere können in einem Zoo leben auch wenn es nicht ist wie in Freiheit aber von diesem Zoo kann man das nicht behaupten. Idee ausreichend, Umsetzung Mangelhaft! 平日の悪天候の中、訪れましたが、流石にお客さんは少なかったです！ でもそのおかげで、ゆっくりと動物達が見えて大満足でした👍 場所は、ICから程近い所にあり、とてもアクセスしやすいです。 駐車場は300円で停めることができます。 園内の入り口まで少し歩きますが、園内は楽しいので、何も苦ではないです。笑 入場料は500円。たくさんの動物がいるのに、この価格は逆に安すぎる気がします！ 園内は広く、「○○エリア」という風に区切られて見やすい様になっているかと思います。 順路通りに行くと、最初はカメ🐢やワニ🐊がいる所で、カメだけでも10種類ほど居り、他の動物園では見られないような種類も居るので楽しいです！ 自分的には、ワニがとても大きくて迫力満点なので、もう釘付けでした。笑 全部挙げていくとキリがないので、自分の印象に強く残ったものを挙げると、 ライオン🦁のオス、メスをガラス越しに、超真近で見えたことや、カバ🦛が泳ぎながら鳴いている所、他ではなかなか見られないサイがいること👍 チーターやジャガー、シロクマもいたりして、本当に可愛くて楽しいです！ 動物に寄っては、エサを100〜200円で購入することができ、動物に与えることもできる様です。 お土産屋さんもありますし、本当に1日中楽しめるくらい充実していると思います👍 トイレや自動販売機なども、結構な数を用意してくれているので、安心です👍 500円というのはありがたいですが、1500円くらい払っても良いんじゃないかと思えます。笑 行ったことがないという方は、本当におススメなので、行くべきだと思います！ ちなみに、ワニ🐊は見学おかわりしました✨笑

Not a big zoo indeed, but it’s quite a variety of animals which can’t be seen in other large zoo. Highly recommend the restaurant next to the elephant , the food is cheap and you can watch the elephant while eating.

4月3日㈯春休み…曇り時々晴れ🌥 小１になる孫と行きました。 AM11時に到着し，順路に添って動物たちと会い，お目当てのカバ，サイ，キリンとワクワクしながら歩き お昼が過ぎて展望レストランでランチにしました٩(๑´3｀๑)۶ コロナ禍の中，店員さんが案内してくださった席からは，楽しみの１つのゾウ舎が見下ろせ，孫のテンションも上がり釘付けになりました🎶😍👍 食事の後は，ゾウから出発し，シロクマのピースの所では，目の前で楽しく遊んでいるピースの姿が見えました。 気温20℃前後の中，ほぼ曇りだったので，気持ちよく回れました🎶🍀✨ 途中，お猿舎やキリンの屋内舎では，飼育員さんの餌やり？おやつ？をあげる様子が見られ，凄くラッキーでした✨🤩 門を出る間際に，可愛いアオダイショウの子供？を手にした飼育員さんからヘビの話を聞く事が出来ました。 ちょっと触ってみたかったけれど，それはNGでした😂ww 門の白くまピースのスカート姿がとても可愛らしかったです💖 今回，初めて行ったので駐車場は，近い所に駐めましたが，東駐車場に駐めていたらライオンの無料バスに乗れることがわかりました。 次回は，それ目的で東駐車場に駐めようと思います🤣🦁🚌💞 コロナ禍で，会えない動物たちがいたのが残念でしたが，気持ち的には☆５です。
