Great spot with a stunning view, with free car parking and a rather clean toilet next to it. Also bubs to have bench. Awesome scenic view and great to recharge the batteries for a while.

Easiest access to Noburyu-Toge is by car. Free observation platform from which mesmerizing view opens up.
