ROUND1 Minamisuna — Attraction in Tokyo

Round1 has kind of become a tradition for me and my friends, it’s the place we always end up at on the final late night of a trip. This time, it was our last night in Tokyo. We played the punching bag game (not sure what’s wrong with it… weaker punches somehow got more points?? makes no sense), shot some billiards which were actually really good, and then tried karaoke for the first time, amazing experience, way more fun than I expected.

And of course… I will never forget the "GAMBLING MACHINES" (Claw-Machines). 99% of gamblers quit before they win big, right?? RIGHT??? My friends actually won some figures there while I walked out empty-handed ;( To make things even more memorable, we forgot some of our stuff in the lockers in the machines section. We talked to the staff, and they actually let us follow them inside even though the place was already closed. Walking through the dark, powered-down arcade behind the staff was such a strange, surreal experience.

Round1 is easily one of the best places to spend a night...

Foreigners do not come. Extremely biased is what I experienced. Me, my boyfriend and my sister went in at 11 pm and was denied because my sister looked young. She’s literally 19. I get it was over 18 past 10pm but then right in front of us at the bowling alley was a family with a 7 year old looking girl. まず、一点申しますと先日学生甲子園というイベントに参加させて頂きました。その際に全国ランキング3位と言うことで店員さんがクーポンやお得な特典がありますので少々お待ちくださいとの案内を受けた後に、登録が出来ていないと後から言われ全くそのサービスの提供対象者だったの何も関わらず全く無理です残して一点張りで、しまいには「もう一回来店してお金払ってチャレンジしてもらった方が早いのでそうしてください‼︎」とのとても不快気ままに無い対応を取られその日凄く気分の悪いまま施設を利用していました。 更にもう一点申したいことがあります。 投げ放題を選択しプレイし居るのにも関わらず、7Gしか出来ませんでしたよ。まだ、レーンが満席でとか言うなら分かります。こちらは、人の心を持っていますので、速やかに順番待ちの人に変わりますよですが、南砂店では目視でも5レーンほど空いていて3組待たれてる方々が居てわざわざ投げ放題で投げ初めのお客さんを先に追い出すような接客をするそんな事ありますかね？今まで私は１０回程南砂店さんに行かせて頂いておりました。 何故かと言うと接客が良く何か問題が起きたとしてもお客様の為にと言う対応をしてくれてとても気分良く楽しめるからです。 でも、今回はなんか初めて見る男性の方で態度もなんか少し太々しくて、私の方が年下なので私語を使うのも分かりますが、あなた達は仕事で、私達はお客様です。そこの所をもう一度マニュアルなどを確認し、接客態度を改めて臨機応変な対応が求められると私は思います。 私は、わざわざクラブ会員にまでなってこんな対応されてまで行く必要は無いと思います。 今回対応に当たった中年の男性スタッフの方に非常に腹が立っております。2件ともその人が対応していたのをしっかり覚えていま...
