Amazing! My hometown city flower is 🌷 tulip 🌷 as well and we have an annual tulip festival, but we don't have this kind of four-season display exhibition/museum!!! Bravo!!
I was particularly impressed by their unique technology of expediting or delaying the tulip blooming season...a much better way to manage and ensure the tulips are in bloom during the fixed period of their Tulip Festival every year!!! I definitely recommend going there for a visit even when it is not the usual tulip season since there are blooming tulips 🌷 all year round inside!!
The 360-degree glass display of 🌷 is fabulous...smell so nice!!!
They even serve a 🌷- flavoured soft ice-cream🍦 in their snack bar that you can't find elsewhere! Subtle taste but nice!
Nice boutique that sells all kinds of tulip-themed souvenirs such as soaps, brooches, scarves, pens,etc. I got some 🌷-shaped silicone moulds for soapmaking...been looking for this everywhere...so happy I...

行くなら4月末か5月はじめをオススメします
展望台までの道も新しくなり、高台からの眺めは圧巻です!
とても歴史があり、お花好きや自然好きにはたまらないです
また、富山は運河でも有名で水車やところどころに用水が流れていて癒されます
野外の他に四季彩館は空調が効いていて涼しく、GWイベントの際は無料で入れました ※入場料は1500円でした

とっても素敵な空間です
駐車場が分かりにくいので、もう少し誘導とかしてくれたら嬉しいです

I used to visit every year, and this year it was quite hot with clear skies. When I went on May 5th, the tulips were already starting to wither.
I recommend going at the end of April or the beginning of May.
The path to the observatory is now new, and the view from the hill is stunning!
It has a rich history and is a must-visit for flower and nature lovers.
Additionally, Toyama is famous for its canals, and you can find waterwheels and small water features throughout, which provide a soothing atmosphere.
In addition to outdoor attractions, the Shikisai-Kan has excellent air conditioning and was free to enter during the Golden Week event.
