溶結凝灰岩の壁はいろいろな表情をみせる。ブロック状の方状節理の壁を滴る水の様子を千筋の滝と名付けたセンスも秀逸。画像をアップしておくがやはり自分の目で観ていただかないことには、画像では伝えきれない周囲の状況などもあるので限界がある。

千筋の滝奥入瀬渓谷をじっくり歩かれた方なら見ていると思います。水量は決して多くないですが、この渓谷には滝が沢山存在するので時間がある方は大変ですが焼山から十和田湖そしてヒメマスを食べてバスなどで戻るなどのコースは如何でしょうか？

Absolutely stunning! Visited here on the 2nd of November 2019 and it was beautiful. Try get here early (9-10am) as the car park fills up at Oirase Museum then you can start 3.5-4 hour hike to make it to Lake Towada. Pack a jacket as it get's cold when the sun disappears behind the surrounding mountains and sun sets...
