Spectacular mega view, quiet location as it didn't seem overly popular with visitors. Got to see and hear some cool birds too.. no doubt makes for a nice place to spend an hour or so just taking in the view and soundtrack (birds and other nature) if...

Very nice and peaceful lake surrounded by lots of nature. Small rivers coming out of Lake Towada was also beautiful. I wanted to stay a night by the lake, but no many hotels were there to welcome that night. Quite far from highway...

Very nice and peaceful lake surrounded by lots of nature. Small rivers coming out of Lake Towada was also beautiful. I wanted to stay a night by the lake, but no many hotels were there to welcome that night. Quite far from highway to get there.

The best place to view Towada Lake entirely. The place is located in a secluded place so normally not so many people know this spot. You can also take a good pictures here.

Great views from the observation deck. A very long walk to and back from yasumiya. I suppose driving is possible soon, as winter has ended. There is also a toilet there.
