Beautiful beach with clean and vibrant water. Connected by a shallow sand bar is a small archeological structure that can be accessed during low tide or swam to during high tide. Towards the camping area the sand has lots of coral so bring sandals or swim shoes if you're going to walk the beach.

I have been there a handful if not more times when I was in the Navy on a ship out of Yokosuka. It was a very small base but quiet and not alot of people. Very chill place and some food. The beach was nice and provided picturesque views. I hope I can go there some day again.

Really nice gate staff and a nice area for pinicing or camping near the beach. Also has good harbor spots for fishing which is what we went there for.

I have been there a handful if not more times when I was in the Navy on a ship out of Yokosuka. It was a very small base but quiet and not alot of people. Very chill place and some food. The beach was nice and provided picturesque views. I hope I can go there some day again.

January 68 until July 69 in the USN, couldn't have asked for a better duty station. Small and laid back. Everyone there knew each other. Probably around 50 to 75 Naval personnel total. Would love to go back and...
