Unforgettable Experience at Kyushu African Safari!

This is our 3rd time here but still we had an amazing time at Kyushu African Safari!

Staff: Excellent service from staff with fluent English, very helpful!

Drive-thru Safari: We drove through twice (around 50-60 minutes per drive) and had an incredible experience getting up close to the animals.

Jungle Bus: Loved feeding the animals! Tip: arrive early to book an earlier time slot.

Mini Zoo: Feeding the small animals was a delight (small fee of 200 yen per snack).

We spent at least 4 hours exploring the safari and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend Kyushu African Safari for an unforgettable...

You better get the jungle bus as that’s the highlight of the visit here. They get sold out so fast, we arrived at 10am and could only get the jungle bus ticket for 2:20pm.

A Jurrasic park like experience. Drive thru in your own car feels safe, as there are staff in each area with their own patrol trucks to monitor the animals. Getting up close with zebras and lions is special.

If you got time after your first drive thru and waiting for the jungle bus, go to the Higashi Shiiya Falls or Garandake Crater, both 10-15 mins drive away and both are insane.
