Views were still awesome in early July. However, both Google map and the car’s GPS gave dubious directions at one point of time. Watch out for and follow the road signs...

大きな茶畑を一望できる展望台です。

駐車場無料、おトイレ有の場所で売店はありません！

自身のYouTube(しのきちチャンネル)の下見で訪れてみました。 福岡市から車で1時間前後、八女といえばお茶で有名ですが、私の場合は星野村を先に訪れたために大分自動車道(高速道路)経由で訪れ最後に展望台を見て福岡へ戻りました。

・カーナビの問題 カーナビの指示に従い展望台を目指していましたが、舗装されていない道を通らされて(茶畑のど真ん中)おかしいと思いGoogle Mapに切り替えたところ、大きな道経由で展望台に到着することができました！車種にもよるかも知れませんが純正のカーナビでは上手くルートを案内できない可能性がありますので茶畑周辺で、細い道を通らされた際は注意して下さい。

展望台に到着して景色を見ると広大な茶畑が広がっていました！ 八女茶の生産量は全国6位 (2310t：平成21年度)...
