Kotoishiyama — Attraction in Yanai

There are a few paths up to the peak, I followed the “scenic but difficult” route. It was steep sometimes, but usually not too difficult otherwise. Bring water and snacks. Very peaceful hike—only encountered one other person. The view from the top is great—you can see almost all around. Apparently the mountain is one of the 100 best in the region and is sung about at the local high school.
