Goho Falls — Attraction in Yaotsu

Goho falls is a beautiful scenic spot with very aesthetic red bridges dotted around. Most of the route is paved or carved out of stones which makes for an easy walk. It is perfect to escape the heat in the summer, as you can have a dip in the cool water in the river from the waterfalls. There's an easy access car park and you can also park on the side of the road if the car park is full. No entry fee but there are no shops or wending machines around either. There's a toilet at the side of the car park. There are many benches and tables for a picnic at the side of the river. It is a great place for a very light and relaxed hike/walk, but there are many steps and some elevation so keep that in mind. There are many small benches alongside the hiking trail too. The Five Treasure Waterfalls of Yaotsu are pretty most times of year but are probably best viewed in Autumn for the full effect of the colours of the leaves. The trail is in the middle of a forest so expect to see creatures in the warmer months. This snake is non venomous (Japanese forest rat snake) but they can still make you jump when they appear...

Lugar ótimo para curtir a natureza, o sol não bate em todos os lugares mais eh bem abafado, tem alguns lugares que podemos curtir a água, a escalada da cachoeira eh incrível uma subida um tanto árdua, mais vale a pena para apreciar as estações da dela. Local conta com uma parte reservada para churrasco, chegue cedo pq não eh um espaço grande e tem um custo, ¥ 1.500 não sei o tempo mais o valor que está na placa eh esse ... Leve comes e bebes, pq lá não tem local pra comprar, e nem conta com máquinas de refrigerante e água ... estacionamento mais próximo eh pequeno, talvez tenha que deixar o veículo um pouco mais afastado e ir caminhando, mais não eh subida e sim uma reta ... Aproveite o verão vale muito a pena, e não se tem gasto a não ser se quiser usar a área...
