ローソク岩、景色がとても素晴らしかったです。さすが積丹！ですね。北海道でも一番に素敵な、海岸だと感じます。積丹の海岸に聳え立つローソク岩はいろんな伝説があると聴きます。ローソクに見えますが、神様にも見えます。立ち寄る際ですが、漁師様の邪魔にならないよう、そしてゴミなど捨てないようお願いしたいと感じました。ここから見る景色は漁師様のおかげだと思いました。本当に素敵な景色をありがとうございます。

小樽から神威岬方面へバイクで走った際、道路から見えた海にニョキーと伸びた岩があったので思わず停止。そこが島泊漁港であったことは、グーグルマップでレビューを求められてわかった。 小さな港で朝方だったけど人の気配はなく、とくにこのニョキーと伸びた岩を観光の売りにしている様子もない。北海道らしいと言えばそう。
