Otawa Tsutsuji-no-oka Azalea Hill — Attraction in Yokosuka

No charge! We decided to burn some calories after our nice KFC lunch... on a rainy October afternoon...☔️ Not a person - or flower - in sight! (With the exception of a few marigolds...) Must be beautiful during the azalea season :) and we will be back. Be prepared to climb...

私は１年に１回行ってます。 入場も無料、駐車場も無料。 有り難いですが、少しは料金かかっても良いと感じました。 咲き具合ですが温暖化のせいか、やはり今年は早めだったようです。でも元々種類によって咲く時期にばらつきがあるようで全体が満開！！とはならないらしいです。

元気な方なら階段はとても良い運動になりますが、高齢の足が悪い方だと上までは大変だと思います。グループで来ている方がいましたが、数人は下で待っていました。子供ならとても良い運動になり、お昼寝グッスリしてくれます！ 所々にベンチやテーブルがあり休憩出来ます。 犬連れてきてOKなので散歩コースに良いと思います。

入り口の近くでお花が売ってました。 この時期限定だと思いますが、ツツジ、イチゴ、ブルーベリー、ペチュニアの苗などがありました。お値段は安いのか私は詳しくないのでわかりませんでした。クッキーも売ってました。
