Beautiful beach and scenery as if out of a travelling catalogue. However, the swimming area is heavily restricted and the water was less than knee deep at the limit. Some people had snorkeling gear but the water was too flat to submerge at all, it was a pretty tragic sight. Like everywhere here, it's difficult to walk on the washed up corals and limestone ground without footwear. There is no place in the shade with view of the sea so definitely bring a parasol. Definitely only come here during high tide, research a table when planning your trip. There are some nice food...

Be careful. If you just like snorkeling from the beach, you are not allowed to cross the line. Within the so-called swimming area, all corals are well destroyed. So even if you are experienced in snorkeling with finns thy call you back. If you snorkeling next to a guided tour, they are telling you even you are snorkeling like they do, to go back behind the line. You better avoid this place. Lifeguard is protecting the overpriced, guided, snorkeling...

Not possible to swim. You have a swimming area that is really small. In the area you have hundreds people and no space to do anything.

Why are the area so small??

Lifeguards are a cheekiness. When you come the beach the first thing they said is that you should book a tour if you want to swimm.

The whole zamami island allowed to swim only the "swimming area" so you need to book a boot tour to enjoy the island.

This is a...

This is the best beach on the island! We went here our first day. The sand is soft and the beach is long. There is a lot of coral, but you have to swim a bit to reach it. You’d need snorkelling gear and probably a wet suit if you go in the winter like we did. We saw a giant sea turtle as well as a fugu! The beach is beautiful

A small, cosy and beautiful beach. Frequently visited by sea turtles. Watch the tide times, as it gets really shallow at low tide (knee deep) and makes it hard to swim or snorkel, but becomes few meeters deep upon high tide (the turtles show up around that time as well). The reef not big but has nice variety of fish.
