On a clear day, there are stunning views across the ocean to Guernsey and Sark. It is very exposed to the weather here and there are precipitous drops into the sea and onto the rocks. Therefore, care needs to be taken when near the remnants of the outer walls. There is no charge to visit and free car parking is available right next to the castle. I don't think that the interior of the castle is accessible to anyone with mobility issues. There is plenty of interesting wildlife in area, for example, Chough birds and Wall butterflies in summer. In my opinion, this place is worth visiting if...

Remember coming here during the summer and it was a marvellous experience. The views are simply astonishing and you can have a great time walking around the paths as it is usually very calm and serene. Would be careful regardless of the weather but especially when it is very windy. If you come to Jersey on holiday I would recommend coming here and spending some time watching the...

It was used during a siege once, with dire consequences for...

Great place to see if you’re visiting Jersey. Not crazy much to see here, but you get a lovely look over to Guernsey and the other islands on a clear day. The archway also makes for some great photos. There is a great walk from Grosnez to Plemont. It’s relatively flat and easy, but offers great views. Head right from the car park!

Lovely head land, on a clear day you can see Sark and Gurnsey. It was a little hard to find, but worth the hunt. The Castle it's self dates back to 14th century however 30 odd years into its life- 1373 it fell to the French. Gronsez was never rebuilt.
