On a clear day, there are stunning views across the ocean to Guernsey and Sark. It is very exposed to the weather here and there are precipitous drops into the sea and onto the rocks. Therefore, care needs to be taken when near the remnants of the outer walls. There is no charge to visit and free car parking is available right next to the castle.
