Prophet Muhammad Museum — Attraction in Amman

This is a super small museum located inside the King Abdullah Park.

When I visited, on display was a hand-written Holy Qur’an and a letter from Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) to Julius Cesar of Rome.

The tree at the entrance was taken from the tree Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) used to shade under in Al-Azraq.

If the museum is closed, you can ask the staff on-site to open it for you.

There is ample parking outside. Accessing the museum is free.

Expect to spend 5 minutes here, and it is recommended to visit only if you are in this neighborhood.

Small beautiful museum next to musjid. Fig olive tree just at the entrance. Very friendly security guard present. Part of the blessed tree is planted there in between two fountains. A well kept Quran mushaf of recent times in an air conditioned container with bits of gold inscribed. There is also an original copy of the letter of Nabi Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم to Hercules. Part of the Sahabi tree was planted here and it grew out as well. It has a gold plated Quran and also contains the letter of prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallim written to heraclius the Roman emperor at the time. Subhan Allah.
