It's Royal Jordanian tank museum now. The Tanks Include an amazing collection from world war 1 to fairly modern tanks. The museum has Engineering, command, first aid, mine, support and battle tanks. American, Russian, German, Swiss and British tanks are included. The over all design of the museum is very good. the tanks museum and everything is very clean and photogenic. I enjoyed every second in that place. I highly recommend a visit at least once.

I came from the side entrance. They had a sign stating side door is closed for saftey. Use the main entrance. I walked to the main entrance and they had the sign park is closed. I spoke to the guard and he said that the park is closed until unknown time. Unfortunately people were setting on the street due to this closer. People have no place to walk except in parks and they have it closed. This is a shame.

Some of the trees are tilted due to last winter snow and some one came up with the brilliant idea to tie the trees to anchors (studs) in the pavement. The problem is those wires are blocking the pavement and cannot be seen especially at night and they are shoulder level.as well the studs are exposed making them very dangerous for children in case they fall.

Jordan's best park. There are lots of modern playgrounds, basketball courts, and soccer fields. They have a skate park and a huge picnic/grilling area. There is also an excellent traffic safety park for kids to learn traffic rules.
