Very expensive to enter ($110 per person) but doesn't offer enough for the money. Owners are trying to make money without caring about customer service. We stayed at the Stables. Yurt was very basic but ok. Food was very poor quality and selection. They wouldn't serve water or juice with dinner unless you paid extra. Our Kenyan driver needed a place to stay but owners wanted to charge him $70 for the single room even though they had 2 single rooms unbooked and empty. Very greedy people. Ride with Rhinos was a unique opportunity, but just ok because we didn't get very close to rhinos and we didn't get to ride. We kind of just set on the horses about 100-200f away from the rhinos and listened to the guide tell us about their conservation efforts. Got great pics but not worth $70 per person. Not worth visiting the park due to the cost and poor...

It is situated on the equator west of Nanyuki, between the foothills of the Aberdares and Mount Kenya. Chimpanzee Sanctuary is situated here which provides a haven for orphaned, abandoned, and rescued chimpanzees; It is the only place in Kenya where chimpanzees can be seen. Best to tour around in safari jeep as most tracks require 4WD. Picturesque place. Must see place for wildlife in nature. Entry fees charged. Great place...
