Escape Room Kenya — Attraction in Nairobi

My friends and I had the chance of attempting two rooms during our visit: The Inventor’s Workshop and The Poacher’s Lair (their latest room) We had a blast “attacking” the rooms and appreciated the challenge. There are so many little things that may be overlooked as one attempts to escape so do not underestimate any of the rooms. I am greatly impressed by the challenges and kudos to the team for setting them up.

The staff are welcoming, polite, and willing to help where they can. We were grateful to have the game master assist us as we attempted to escape from each of the two rooms.

COVID-19 safety precautions were implemented: there was a washing station outside and had sanitizer at the front desk. The staff ensured each person had washed their hands before touching any surfaces.

Would highly recommend this place for a group of people to go out there and have fun as they attempt to solve a series...

I was really looking forward to an Escape Room experience after all the great reviews on their website. I made a full payment booking via the Escape Kenya website a week to the day I and my friends wanted to attend. The day before I called just to make sure the booking was confirmed (6.30pm). On the day of I arrived on time only to find the doors locked and padlocked and no one in the near vicinity. Somehow, no one knew I had booked yet I had called the day before. This was for a friend's birthday party with frequent travelers so there was no way to reschedule and everyone had made great efforts to be there. I'm told a refund has been initiated and I'll get my money back "in a week". I made a call to reserve a booking. I never received any information about being late on your appointment and stuff. My friends and I were 30 minutes late.
