If you’re looking for a place that blends natural beauty high-adrenaline adventure and that rare personal touch that makes you feel genuinely welcome — stop searching. Twins Resort in Tigoni** absolutely blew me away! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I’d stepped into a peaceful forest dream but with an exciting twist! Nestled in a gorgeous teak plantation**, the resort is surrounded by towering trees, open skies, and that crisp Tigoni air that just makes you breathe a little deeper. But don’t let the calm fool you this place is packed with *adventure I tried the zipline , tackled the **high ropes course, screamed (a little) on the incredibly amazing swing and flew through the trees on the zip line; every activity was safe, well-run, and SO much fun. Definitely perfect for anyone who loves a bit of adrenaline with their nature fix! And just when I thought the day couldn’t get better… I stumbled upon theincredible hidden waterfall . Honestly, it felt magical like a secret tucked away just for you. The grounds are absolutely 🤩 and would be such a beautiful spot to hire out for birthdays, events, or even a chill outdoor hangout with friends. But the thing that really stood out to me? The people. Every single staff member I interacted with especially the waiters was incredibly friendly, respectful, and just full of good vibes. You can feel the care and warmth in how they treat guests, and that’s something money can’t buy. As vegetarian I was also super impressed by the restaurant the food was fresh, flavorful, and made with love. I never felt like an afterthought, which is rare in most places! Twins Resort is more than just a pretty location or an adventure spot it’s an experience that stays with you. Whether you're an adrenaline junkie, a nature lover, a foodie, or just someone looking for a genuine, feel-good escape this place ticks every box. I left with a full heart, sore muscles (in the best way), and plans to come back with friends. Highly highly recommend! 🌿

What an amazing experience at Twin Rivers Resort in Tigoni. My family and I were yearning for a camping vacation. Naivasha and Sagana were off limits due to the holiday traffic gridlock on the Nairobi-Nakuru and Nairobi-Naivasha trunk roads. A few searches on Google pointed us to a few places in Tigoni, Kiambu County, with the stand-out location being Twin Rivers Resort, 24 km from the Nairobi CBD. Describing the place as "picturesque" is an understatement. Nested in a tea plantation at 2,000m above sea level, it has well-manicured, walk-barefoot, expansive picnic and camping lawns situated alongside the meandering River Tigoni and the fizzy Twin Rivers waterfall, situated within the Resort. Each camping site has a gazebo for protection against the elements, security lights, and family benches. You can bring your own camping equipment or get them from management at a fee. There's food on request delivered to your campsite by the friendly staff. The resort has exemplary staff, who constantly check on guests to ensure their comfort and safety. Shout out to you, Raphael, James, Charles, Sally, Penny, and many others! Overall, the place is friendly for all ages and is great for family bonding time and outdoor fun activities, with entertainment choices including zip-lining, quad-bikes e-bikes, archery, Jenga blocks, football and many other games. Perhaps the only missing bits are a swimming pool and additional shower facilities. I would definitely come back here. TRR gets a solid 9/10 from me!

I visited Twin River Resort in Tigoni and had an excellent experience. The place is serene, surrounded by trees, tea bushes and clean flowing rivers that create a calm atmosphere. It’s ideal for a quiet weekend or a family outing away from the city. The activities are the main attraction. The quad biking, high ropes and (very short) zip line are thrilling and well supervised by friendly staff. There’s also a picnic area, and open grounds perfect for games or team-building. Kids have plenty to do, including nature walks and a safe play area. The staff are welcoming and attentive, and the place is well maintained. Food is fresh and served on time. The outdoor kitchen setup is convenient for those who prefer to cook or grill. A perfect spot for adventure, relaxation, and family fun.

The experience was extremely delightful for me and my family. The little ones enjoyed the holes around the tea plantation and one could not get her eyes of the view from the top. The waterfall was an adventure for the kids the played with the water and enjoyed themselves. The cooking area had running water and we really appreciated the help with starting the fire we even got help washing dishes from one Mr Ebrahim. The play area is amazing catering to all age groups of the kids. They are ever complaining about the games of one age group interfere with the other. The big boys played footballs while watching the little ones play with sand slides and trampoline. The bikes also catered to all our kids too all of them ride the quads bikes. Allowing us to park the car inside offload and then return it outside was great saved us the carrying for a long distance. The washroom had Arabian shower to cater to our Islamic Faith. We had a puncture before leaving and the team lead by Mr Francis helped us get a motorbike to fit the tyre and return to us. We felt very welcomed at the resort. We will definitely return to more adventures at Twin...
