It is an amazing private museum. Marvelous collection of the Islamic arts (mostly jewelry and pottery). With one ticket (KWD 2), you can visit two museums. They are located about 5 minutes apart. The size of the museum is small, but the collection is huge. So, you really have to give youself enough time to look around. However, not so much of an information and explanation. I would love to know who the founder of the museum was.... etc. It is kind of sad that Kuwait government doesn't do much marketing for the tourism business. The museum had pottery collections, firearms, clothing attire, Qurans, and many more.

They have an extensive collection of swords, armor, and firearms. A good bit of history about the founders as well who led such interesting lives. You can easily spend hours here, highly...
