Not close at all to the majesty of Altyn-Arashan due to it's accessibility (there is a road all the way through), and as such the entire loop is lined with shacks, yurts, toilets etc. most of which are abandoned during low season, but nonetheless it ruins the scenery. The Google maps walking estimate is very wrong indeed too. You can actually walk the entire circuit in less than 7 hours from Grigorievka and you can walk to the road fork past the Gorge in 2 hours flat at a fast walking pace without stops.
