Exploring Vang Vieng by Bike ๐Ÿšฒ In Vang Vieng, itโ€™s common for visitors to rent buggies or scooters to explore the scenic attractions nearby. However, we opted for the sustainable option and hired mountain bikes! This also turned out to be the cheapest (โ‚ฌ2/day) and safest option as there are a lot of dirt roads around Vang Vieng. From the centre of town, two appealing day trips await: ๐ŸŒฟ๐—ก๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐—ซ๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐—ฉ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜„๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜ & ๐—•๐—น๐˜‚๐—ฒ ๐—Ÿ๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐Ÿฏ ๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฝ (๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿฎ๐—ธ๐—บ) Venture westward from the town and follow the looped road outlined on Google Maps. We suggest traveling clockwise to save the best views for last. Along the way, be sure to pause for a refreshing swim at Blue Lagoon 3 and take in the panoramic views from Nam Xay Viewpoint. Its then best to relax at Blue Lagoon 4, our favorite among the lagoons in the area. You can also explore Hoi Cave and the Elephant Cave while in the area. On your return trip to town, make a pit stop at Nguangkham Restaurant for a beautiful view overlooking the Nam Song River.
