Lake Razna Lake Razna (57, 56 ha) is the largest water body in territory of Kaunata local community; most of the local tourism businesses as well as guest houses are located an the banks of the lake. Its length is 12 km, width - 7 km, average depth - 7 m, maximum depth - 17 m. Lake Razna is included into the prior list of salmon - like fish waters. River Rezekne starts its flow from Lake Razna. After 0,4 km it crosses Lake Kaunata and Slowly cranks through Kaunata community. 8,7 km of the river flow within the territory of the national park, and it takes in the waters of tributary Partova.

Красивое озеро и действительно большое. Настолько большое, что 9 апреля 2021 года на озере ещё стоит лёд и местами сугробы снега у берега. Напомнило мне это озеро Белорусское Нароч. Единственное не нашли обустроенных мест для отдыха на природе.
