Very interesting in beautiful building. Permanent exhibition in the basement offers general information about the city but focuses on Janis Climze and the development of school education in Valka. In the first floor you get detailed information well designed and presented about the development of the city. The stuff was very attentive. I liked especially the 15 minutes movie about the seperation of Valka/Valga! Maybe go on bike or by car to the museum because it is a bit far away...
