Nice path. Free car park. Toilets. Well-maintained promenade. Ships there to go on, ship chain chair, pier itself about 0.5km long. In the middle big sea-cow (cows are Ventspils' symbol). Beach near. Cannot go into...

There isn't much to expect from a pier. This one is a nice, long walk with a lighthouse at the end. The pier is under repairs now and is getting more beautiful, good place to lay...

Nice view, but i think it is too overrated, there is only one spot from where you can see the see from left side, at the same time there is a lot of people. Nice to walk, but is was just ok, i prefer the beach.

Really cold in winter I have to say, but still, view of sunset was just gorgeous... take minutes to reach the lighthouse from the parking spot, though I walked straight from the center.
