Overall, I had a good time at the resort, but there are a few things worth knowing before you go.
We booked a chalet for one night — definitely the right move. The chalet was clean, had a small fridge, microwave, AC, and gave us the freedom to bring our own food and drinks. Without a chalet booking, you’re not allowed to bring anything in, which means you’re stuck with the resort’s food options — and that’s where the real downside is.
The food is honestly disappointing: overpriced, low quality, small portions, and poor presentation. For a place that caters to families and large groups, I expected better.
One thing to note is that the resort seems to be divided between different owners or management, with each section run separately. It creates a bit of confusion, especially when trying to figure out what rules apply, and have to complain to multiple staff. It’s worth mentioning that you have to pay for orders on the spot, there’s no bill that you will pay after your stay which is annoying.
The property itself is huge, which is great if you enjoy green open spaces — there’s a lot of that, and it’s beautiful. But be prepared to do quite a bit of walking, especially if you’re with kids or carrying things around.
We visited on a weekday and it was still surprisingly crowded, so I can only imagine weekends being even busier.
All in all, a fun place if you go with the right expectations — book a chalet, bring your own food, and bring comfy slippers, you will be...

The stairs right at the entrance are very slippery, and you can easily slip. I slipped yesterday and nearly broke my foot. The man at the counter didn’t care at all, and there wasn’t even an apology. A swimming pool with slippery stairs is far from ideal.
Let’s start with the worst part: it says the pool closes at 6:00 PM, but 44 minutes earlier we were already asked to leave the water — and in a very unfriendly manner.
The staff consists entirely of kids, maybe 16 or 17 years old at most, who have no clue what they’re doing. You wait over 45 minutes even for a small order. Tissues or similar items are not available on the tables.
The food takes forever, and after all that waiting, the order was still wrong — due to the staff’s incompetence.
The price-performance ratio is completely off, and we won’t...
Read moreNot worth the time nor the drive. The Level of noise from the wanna be DJ is unbelievable. Despite many requests from many people, even his management, he pumps up the volume to levels unheard of. The waves pool didn’t turn on for no obvious reasons. Chaos and lack of service - even by the level of south resorts where we are not expecting a high level of service but it is far below par that you can’t even think of people who made such an investment did not bother with adequate staff. The chore in the water can be smelled hundreds of meters away that swimming in the polluted nearby river seems to be a better option. We stayed for less than two hours. If you insist of coming here, bring your formula one ear plugs. You will need them. Google should introduce half a star rating for places like this or even a zero one. Am sure the ones rated it 4+ have either never seen or know what is an acceptable level of service or are staff or...
