Went there based on the hotel’s concierge’s recommendation. He said it was the best aqua park in Lebanon. What a disaster of a “water park”. The entire experience was horrible from beginning to end. They charge you parking on top of fare you pay to go inside their park. You would think they would offer complementary parking for someone paying $30 to go in. We were 2 adults and 3 kids and they searched all bags for “weapons” but the only dangerous thing they found was a small bottle of water in one of the kid’s bags which they confiscated. They games were so lame that the kids (aged 7/8/10) got bored 2 hours later. Maintenance on the slides was not proper and one of the kids hurt his back really bad and no one cared. Reported it to the teenage lifeguard who had a first aid pouch and he just said “he’s fine it’s just a scratch”. The kid had to sit the rest of the day on the 100 year old lounge chairs because his “small scratch” burned every time he went into water. My wife hit her head at the bottom of one slide and was disoriented and after I jumped to help her, the lifeguard (big muscular dude with tiny red shorts) started whistling at us to get out and take the floaty with us. He did not care that someone was injured. There were not enough 2 person floats (12 exactly for the entire park). They had to bring an armed Security guard to force people to give up their floats for others to use. When inquired about why there are not so many the lifeguard answered “many got deflated yesterday and we’re too lazy to inflate them. There are usually more over the weekend. Come on the weekends”. One slide did not work and apparently have not been working for years. We went to grab some food and got told 3 times to go to another counter as the computer is not working but finally managed to order and went to the collection window. We did not expect to get the best food because if the manager was a teenager yelling at everyone, the food would not be great. However we did not expect to wait 45min for the fries. We ordered the combos (burgers+fries and Pizzas+fries) all came out except the fries that took 45min. There were over 10 people working in the kitchen and only 8 customers. We ended up leaving the fries. Bathrooms are from the stone age, clean but super old and doors are broken and no hangers. I do not recommend anyone to go to Waves. We went to Rio Lento yesterday and although it was a Sunday and super crowded, we had a great time and the slides were...

If there's -100 Stars i would put it.

If i have the chance to throw the food in the face of the Restaurant owner, I wouldn't hesitate to do it even if it will cost me a court case.

Its humiliating against humanity that you serve food that my dog can't dare to eat it, in term of quality, quantity , higenity, taste, I bet if ever Ministry of health do a control they will shut down your kitchens with red tags.

I had a stomach poison for 10 days with non stop diarrhea and vomiting. My pregnant wife was vomiting non stop and she's at 6 months pregnancy so poisoning is risking her life and our expected baby life. Our 2 years old daughter is taking medication for the past 10 days and diarrhea is not stoping.

I wish you go to hell u insane business owner who just try to play with people's life by serving such bad food. If i had more time to stay in lebanon i would have gone straight to the legitimate doctor , an official one, and take the report straight to the general prosecution to file a criminal case against u. The case is that causing fatals in a direct way, because you know how horrible to take food from trash and garbages and to cook them and sell them to humans. May God take u to hell. Youre lucky that i had to travel the same night, I had to spent the worse flight me and my family because the pain didnt stop in our stomachs while in the airplane. You are the typical copy of corruption of...

Updated review: We went last week and the same issue; lack of employees, food less than average with a Price of the mini taouk sandwich for 8$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pizzza as usual tasteless Plus the lazy river pool had issues- lack of water for around 40%- and weve been told that they dont know the reason since the beginning of the season. Guys when you take 35$ on adults and 30$ on kids, you have to act on that term and being as a high end resort and more professional BUT Unfortunately, worst resort in Lebanon Not recommended!!!!!!!! Rio Lento are way more better guys sorry to tell you that; they are improving themselves UNLIKE YOU

Old review: I think rating 1 is fair enough; The games open only from 12 till 4.30 ( to be noted that its written the compound opens from 10 till 6). However at 4.15 they told us it was closed; they were in a hurry They have lack and shortage of lifeguards; only 9 lifeguards were on ground and they had many volunteers (kids aged from 10 till 15) Food was below average; even the pizza we aye was frozen and the burgers tasteless. So guys if you want to cut the cost , you have to reduce the entrance. You used to be more professional even if it was end...

Fun-filled Family Resort with Unforgettable Slides Located in the beautiful Lebanese mountains, Waves Aqua Park is a great destination for families and kids. With over a decade of fun-filled history, the park still maintains its chard with well-kept slides and pools. The highlight of Waves Aqua Park is definitely the wide range of slides. These slides, fit for all ages, offer a rush of excitement and joy that keeps you coming back for more. The adult-only pool also provides a calm space for those wanting to unwind. The staff at Waves Aqua Park are always friendly and helpful, making each visit better than the last. On the downside, the food isn't great. Burgers and pizzas don't meet the mark, but that's a small hiccup in a day packed with fun. The restrooms could also do with more cleaning. But even with these small setbacks, our trips to Waves Aqua Park are always a blast. With a little bit of work on the food and restrooms, this place could be a top-notch water park.
