I decided to edit my review because i received a call from the manager regarding the below event, he was very friendly and he showed interest in dealing with the issue, he checked back the surveillance cameras, and he assured me that action was taken towards the employee.
This shows that the management are responsible, and care for the place's reputation.
Original Review:
My 10 years old child had a panic attach because of some careless and rude employees.
The scary experience started when my son decided to play with the so called "Giant Swing".
After giving his ticket he made sure to mention that he does not want to go to the "Max height", instead the employee kept getting the swing higher and higher until it reached the Max, during his way to the top, my son was screaming " Please Stop" all the time, he was desperately asking the employee not to go to the max height, but rather than stoping, she was laughing, and intentionally continued taking the swing to the max height. My son experienced fear, dizziness, chest pain, and fatigue during these moments, he almost fainted, and was crying, while the two employees were laughing and bullying him.
No one should live such moments, and these 2 employees should not be working in such a place, specially not dealing...
Read moreI recently visited Hillhout Village and had a wonderful experience. The place was spotless, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and easygoing. It felt very safe, which made the whole visit more relaxing, especially with kids. The natural surroundings were absolutely beautiful and added so much to the peaceful atmosphere.
There were plenty of nature-based activities for the children, and although the rides aren’t free, they’re very reasonably priced. One of the great things is that you can bring your own food, there’s a designated barbecue area where you can grill your own meat, which is a nice touch for families and groups. They also offer cozy bungalows for rent if you want to extend your stay, and there's a restaurant where you can dine in or have food brought to your table.
Even though we visited on a Sunday, the place wasn't overly crowded and was very well-managed. What impressed me most was how helpful the staff were at one point, I overheard an employee offering to help a visitor get something from a pharmacy so they wouldn’t have to leave their family behind. That level of care really stood out.
Overall, I’d definitely come again. It’s a place where both adults and kids can have a great time...
