I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the appalling customer service we encountered at Zaarour Club. Our group of 15 people, coming from Amman, has planned a visit to their venue after confirming with the receptionist on multiple occasions that no reservation was necessary. However, upon arrival, we were denied entry and informed that a reservation was, in fact, required.
This contradictory and misleading information left us feeling deceived and infuriated, especially considering we had driven for an hour from Beirut to reach the venue. The staff's uncooperative and rude attitude only added to our dissatisfaction. They showed no empathy and refused to take responsibility for their mistake.
As a result of this experience, our perception of Zaarour Club has been tarnished. We were excited to have a memorable experience, but instead, we were treated with disrespect and left feeling undervalued...
Read moreMy experience at zaarour club was nothing short of a nightmare. During what was supposed to be an enjoyable day on the slopes, I encountered a buggy accident that resulted in severe injuries. Instead of receiving immediate assistance, the staff's response was shockingly negligent.
Upon the accident, rather than promptly calling for medical help or offering any form of aid, the staff insisted on taking mine and my family's ID cards. This action left us feeling coerced and trapped, as we were subsequently informed that we would be held financially responsible for the damages caused by the accident. Read moreSmall and very convenient place for ski- especially which kids. I do not think that it's for total begginers as Zaarour has only one, very short green slope (the easiest one) which during the weekend is super busy. Most of them blue and red - it means for more advanced skiing. Ski instructors available. Recommendet to book in advance. Toilets, restaurants, rental plase, tickets- are super close to each other. During the weekend ski pass for adults 75000, for kids 50000. Half day (from 12) 40000. Slopes open at 8 am and close at 4 pm. Parking 5000. Easy to rent ski set (Mike sport or sport4ever)- 25000. There is also a small shop where you can buy ski clothes/ accessories . Nice and helpfull staff. The only problem we had with some people who occupied tables and chairs telling that's for their big(invisible) familly.. So you do not have a place to have a meal or just rest for a while becouse...
