Ray's Adventure — Attraction in Zandouqa

My recent bachelor party experience at Ray's Adventure was nothing short of a complete disappointment. I feel compelled to share my honest feedback to caution others considering this venue for their special occasions.

To start, the food provided by Ray's Adventure was far from satisfactory. Despite our prior agreement, the quality of the food fell well below the expected standards. The dishes lacked flavor, variety, and failed to meet the anticipated culinary experience. This discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered left all of us thoroughly dissatisfied.

In addition, the service we encountered at Ray's Adventure was remarkably poor. The waitstaff displayed a distinct lack of professionalism, with their behavior bordering on rudeness. Their dismissive attitude and unwelcoming demeanor dampened the celebratory atmosphere we had hoped for. It is disheartening to encounter such subpar service during a significant event like a bachelor party.

Furthermore, the prevalence of mosquitoes throughout the venue only added to our frustrations. Despite our attempts to mitigate their presence: these persistent pests became a constant annoyance and distraction throughout the evening. The fact that Ray's Adventure had not taken adequate measures to control the mosquito problem significantly affected the overall experience for all attendees.

As someone who was looking forward to an unforgettable bachelor party, it was disheartening to witness the disappointment and frustration expressed by my friends and loved ones… Ray's Adventure failure to meet basic expectations in terms of food quality, service…and pest control is unacceptable

I sincerely hope that Ray's Adventure takes steps to improve their service because with the current level of service, it's unlikely that anyone would...

Extremely Disappointing Experience, we had a terrible stay at this bungalow and strongly advise others to look elsewhere. First, we were promised a specific deal when booking, but upon arrival, the owner claimed it was a “misunderstanding” and gave us a completely different, worse deal. That was just the beginning.

The service was abysmal—staff were’t familiar with the idea of privacy. Worst of all, we were without water and electricity for several hours during our stay, with no prior warning and no real apology or compensation offered. This is unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one that markets itself as a “relaxing getaway.”

I recently had the unfortunate experience of attending my friend's bachelor party at Ray’s Adventure and I must say it was a complete disaster. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, everything went wrong. The service, management, and even the food were utterly disappointing.

Terrible Service: The staff seemed uninterested in providing even basic customer service and was nowhere to be found when needed.
