A pleasant and affordable trip! I find it shorter to take Jl. Sersan Bajuri instead of Jl. Setiabudi from Station Ledeng. Jl. Sersan Bajuri is narrow but straight to Lembang Park & Zoo. The parking is Rp. 10,000 for a one-time car parking fee. The parking area is not asphalt yet, but it is good enough to park your car. Parking guys are super helpful in directing where to go if they see your car coming. No worry about long walks from the parking area because Lembang Zoo provides free shuttles. I appreciate how the zoo offers scooters and umbrellas, so visitors have another option to enjoy the park. My favorite part is Tiger house, "rumah kucing", which has three tigers that I could see but one was quite active and was walking back and forth. This is the highlight part of the zoo experience. The rest of the zoo is like what other reviews have mentioned. Please, do come in the morning if you are not into walking around in the sun. Another thing about this zoo is its natural cool breeze, which makes it wonderful! On top of that, we all get small goodie bags. It's not necessarily the inside of it but the gesture that impressed me. They truly do their best to welcome and cherish their visitors as much as they can. Thank you!

A very recommended place to visit if you are in Lembang. Family and kids friendly. The animals are various and the exhibits are well maintained. There are many activities you can do inside, like feeding elephants, pony ride, scooter ride, etc. They provide scooter for us to go around by ourselves in the zoo. They also provide abundant umbrellas in case it is raining or too hot to walk around. The gift shop has some interesting items though price is kinda high. The food court has various tenants and choices. The taste is definitely not 5-stars (i rate it 2 to 3 srtars) but they are affordable. One thing that still bother me is that they use carrots in rabbit feeding area. Well, many know that carrot is not rabbits' food, especially if they are given with bunch amount everyday. I thought zoo should have known about their animals well. Hope, this could make them study and treat their animals right. The tickets are sold online in marketplace. Yet, we still have to go with the queue in ticket booth to exchange it. It would be better if they have separate line for those buying ticket in advance. But in overall, I still recommend this place if you are looking for good place to spend with family, kids, elders or even friends.

A zoo which is not a zoo.. Well during cofid I came here to bring my 3 yo grand daughter. With face mask always on, hands frequently washed and did not interact with people, the visit feels quite fun. We came a bit early so we still have some times in some places only for us. The zoo is quite new and still under preparation for a more complete animals. The collections of animals is good. Hopefully they can maintain and give a very good treatment and environment for them. But then I just feel sorry for them for being placed in a very limited space, very expose to sun shines as they are still limited big plants around. I notice there are too many food stall. They seem want to combine a zoo with food to fill up the human tummy which is weird in my point of view. The place become too crowded. Between small compound or cage if animals, food stalls and human eating all around. Will I comeback? I will if they make arrangement to separate food and animals. Or maybe this place is made for those who likes eating and let the animals entertain their eyes. No offend. Just my two cents.

this zoo truly a 5 stars, even deserve more! I recommend to arrive there in the morning, when they just got open, when the sun still warm and you can feel the wind breeze. Starting from the ticketing booth, the payment method are various and their proceed it fast, i found no quieing until i got in to the zoo. A good place to visit with your kids and family. The ticket price is so affordable with only 70k rupiah in weekday. It was very pleasant for me and my family. They have so much animals that look health and happy. Means that they treat them so well. A quite big place to walk around. So they sudjest you to rent a scooter.
