Hill of Angels — Attraction in Būda

Charming place to visit after trakai Castle. there are some musical instruments that produced angelical sounds added charm to the place. A little far to visit if you do not have your own transport. I walked 6km from trakai Castle (1 way), the path was well marked till the last 200m when the walking path disappeared, just continue to walk straight parallel to the road till you see the sign in lithunian (on the left) that should translate to angels hill. don't expect lots of actions, it's a quiet hill but the sculptures and the story and purpose of the hill may justify...

Quick visit to take couple photos is all you can do here, unless you are religious and would really pray for the guardian angels here. Idea is that traditional woodcarving artisans made guardian angels for different purposes, like health, prosperity, luck etc. that you can make a little sacrifice and pray.
