Karaliaus Vilhelmo kanalas (Klaipėdos kanalas) tiesiogiai sujungęs Klaipėdos uostą ir Miniją, o per ją ir su Nemunu, šitaip aplenkiant Kuršių marias. Ilgis siekia 25–27 km, plotis 28–30 m, vidutinis gylis 1,7 metro. Trumpas sustojimas, bet buvo įdomu pamatyti. Už tiltelio kairėje pusėje yra stovėjimo aikštelė.

Puikus kelias pralėkt dviračiu. Tai yra karinio poligono terotorija, todėl būkite atsargūs. Nekeliaukite už užkardų, kai jos uždarytos. Good road to pass nearby on bicycle. There is military territory/landfill so should be careful during learnings. Especially on western side. Don't cross closed firewall.

Der König-Wilhelm-Kanal(litauisch Karaliaus Vilhelmo kanalas bzw. Vilhelmo kanalas, früher Klaipėdos kanalas) ist ein Kanal an der Nordküste desKurischen Haffs im heutigen Litauen, der 1873 fertiggestellt wurde.[1] Er diente dazu, die Memel direkt mit der Hafenstadt Memel/Klaipėda zu verbinden und somit die zuvor notwendige, teilweise gefährliche Fahrt über das Haff zu umgehen. Yra galimybė piknikui specialuai tam įrengtose vietose. Galima pažvejoti. Persikėlimas iš vienos į kitą kanalo pusę yra tik per tiltą netoli Drevernos. Nėra galimybės išsinuomoti valties ar vandens dviračio pasiplaukiojimui. Yra galimybė išsimaudyti keletoje vietų. Su automobiliu galima važiuoti tik vienoje pusėje. Kitoje kanalo pusėje ( kur link Kuršių marių) eismas motorizuotomis priemonėmis yra...
